1.Twin screw extruder is specially for various PVC powder materials. Mated with different moulds and auxiliary machinery, it can produce various dimensions of PVC pipes.
2.Screw material:high quality alloy steel-38GrMoAlA,after high-temperature nitriding,nitriding deepth 0.5-0.7mm,the surface hardness:HV740-940
3.The screw temperature control through the oil control system while the barrel temperature control through the cooling fan.
4.The reduction box adopt the Germany technical,have a long life span,low noise and lower hot.
5.Distribution box:through super conical gear with single bearing turn into double bearing torsion output.
6.Electic control system:
